The flowers and leaves have been used since antiquity for their therapeutic properties. The name comes from the Hebrew word 'ezob' (holy plant). The oil has a warm, sweet, penetrating aroma that can help enhance alertness and mental clarity. Traditionally used for all respiratory conditions and has a regulatory effect on the circulation. Hyssop helps to heal the skin. Use in moderation.*
