Black Spruce essential oil is uplifting and helps to relieve aches and pains. It is grounding, can be used for yoga and meditation and also said to help with chronic fatigue. Diffuse Spruce, alternating with Eucalyptus, to assist in warding off colds.*

Caution: 100% pure essential oils. Carefully dilute with a CARRIER OIL such as, Fractionated Coconut, Jojoba, Grapeseed, Olive, or Almond oil BEFORE application to skin.
